Mission Statement
RAINBOWAllyship provides education about the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. We believe that education is the key to challenging misinformation, creating safe(r) spaces, and empowering people to become active allies, advocates, and accomplices within their communities.
We offer virtual and in-person training programs across Canada, though we are primarily based in Southwestern Ontario.
* 2SLGBTQIA+ stands for 2-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, and Asexual +.
What We Do

Our Allyship Training programs are designed for any organization who wants to provide training for their team (employees, administrators, volunteers) on how to better support folks in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community! We have a wide range of programs discussing topics such as gender, sexuality, microaggressions, pronouns, allyship, and more.

Interested in a shorter presentation that explores the lived experience of being a queer, trans, nonbinary, and asexual person? Our keynotes are a great option! Ranging from 30 to 60 minutes, these keynotes provide a great space for people who want to learn more about what it means to be part of the Pride community.
